My Precious SUMMER♪


September1 to 4, I went to Ise in Mie prefecture because I joined NUFS’s English camp. At first, I felt a little nervous because of my low English skill but now I’m very happy to have joined this camp!!


The first day, we gathering at NUFS and we leave for Ise Shrine. There was so big and so solemn. When we went and see that sight, we’re overpowered. Shrine is traditional Japanese building but our Japanese seldom go in it. So then I thought Japanese tradition is so cool. After that, I went Okage side road and ate IseUdon with my friends. It’s delicious and made us happy. Then we rode the bus again and arrived at Nemunosato. It’s my first time to go there, but there was so good place! There is near sea, have a lot of nature, beautiful and fun!! After a little break, we enjoy activity and this day we went to bed early.


The second day, we take some English class. Our camp’s teachers are Michael, Josh, Ben and Claudia. I had never spoken with Ben but all teachers are very funny and easy to speak so I’m poor at English but this class is fun for me. After lunch, we went to sea by bus. My hometown hasn’t sea, so I was long time no see the sea. It’s so beautiful and so shiny. I was so glad to went to the sea so I take off my shoes and went in the sea!! It’s a little cool so very comfortable. But I was beside myself with joy so my friend call me “crazy girl” :-( Boo! However, I enjoy all second day too.


And finally third and forth day!!! This two days are most precious days I have never experience. Third night is last night spend with this member so we went to hot spring, speak a lot of things and after that, we went to observation of stars. This day we could watch a lot of beautiful stars and at this point’s beauty is can’t explain!!! That beautiful scene is more beautiful than any planetarium!!! I have never seen the Milky Way, but maybe it’s like that. Besides fortunately, we could saw a lot of falling star☆ It’s sooooo beautiful too! Then we observed with 14 people(boys & girls) but we could have seen same falling star!!! How can I say at that time’s emotion!!!! Anyway, I won’t forget that precious night. That night, we sat up all night and we went to see the sunrise too. There are so natural place so air is clean and we could have seen beautiful sunrise too.



At first, I was a little nervous but I’m glad to went this camp. This is my precious summer vacation’s memory.

Let's Make A Healthy Body☆゛

I think most Japanese have heard the ward "GANBANYOKU". Do you know that? It is one of sauna bath. It makes you to promote your perspiration.

The way of GANBANYOKU is just lie down on the warmed stone only! How easy it is;-) That stone send out negative ion etc. so only you should is lie down and it's makes you to sweat all over, warm your body from inside, brisk up your metabolism. Is there any person who is poor at sauna of high temperature? Don't worry!! GANBANYOKU used about 40° stones, so maybe you can feel comfort and it has low burden for your body.


I have been there several times, it is soooooooo great!!!! I recommend you:-D Then I went here. I live in Gifu prefecture, so perhaps there is a little far from your house... If you think so, please search the nearest place from this page's bottom

Healthy Food

Recently, I like healthy food very much. So, today I 'll introduce about JAPANESE FOODS!!


Nowadays, Japanese foods said that it's remarkable thing as so healthy food all over the world. Most traditional Japanese products contained a lot of dietary fiber. Moreover it has low calorie. When I searching about this, I first know that dietary fiber make us to avoid becoming heart disease, arteriosclerosis(動脈硬化), hyperlipemia(高脂血症), diabetes, gallstone(胆石), high blood pressure, constipation(便秘), fatness and too increasing cholesterol and neutral fat it might cause large intestine's cancer.


Brown rice, malt rice, wheat, soybean, seaweed and potato are contains a lot of dietary fiber and all of that is eaten from long time ago. Besides animal fat like a meat is forward the arteriosclerosis but in contraries, fishes benefits got into the limelight. So Japanese food is very good for our health!!


Now, we can eat foreign food easily. But we should occasional eat Japanese food! It's so healthy and delicious♪
